Castro Hospital
The project included the intervention of the building's thermal power plant and substation (hot water and heating), incorporating Heat Guard technology and systems that enabled real-time heating of domestic hot water. The project also included the replacement of 60 50W dichroic lamps with 4.3W LED lamps, resulting in a substantial improvement in lighting comfort in the affected areas.
Barros Luco Hospital
The project involved the renovation of the CDT building's thermal power plant (hot water and heating) by incorporating an integrated, intelligent Heat Guard control system, which intelligently manages two condensing boilers and other systems. This installation replaces the steam-based generation of hot water and heating.
San José Hospital
The project included the conversion of two of the hospital's three steam boilers. Real-Time Heating (RTH) technology for domestic hot water was incorporated, and a Heat Guard system was installed for efficient management of the thermal systems.
German Clinic of Osorno
An Ultra-Efficient Natural Gas Thermal Power Plant (CTUe ®-GA) was implemented with five 100 kWth condensing boilers each for DHW and ACC generation, three real-time heating systems (CTR ®) and a HeatGuard ®5.0 control system, in addition to a 300 kgV/hr steam boiler for laundry, sterilization, and cooking. The new thermal power plant replaced an old steam plant operated with wood sawdust, which had been in use for more than 50 years.
UC Christus Hospital
Construction project for a new boiler room to replace steam generation boilers (fueled by oil) with new natural gas condensing boilers (CTUe®). The project, which integrates the hospital and clinic, with a total of 400 beds, included the installation of the HeatGuard® 5.0 system for managing the new room, real-time heating of domestic hot water (CTR®), and the construction of a 55-meter DHW and ACC distribution network from the new room to the transfer substation.
