Castro Hospital

The project included the intervention of the building's thermal power plant and substation (hot water and heating), incorporating Heat Guard technology and systems that enabled real-time heating of domestic hot water. The project also included the replacement of 60 50W dichroic lamps with 4.3W LED lamps, resulting in a substantial improvement in lighting comfort in the affected areas.

Barros Luco Hospital

The project involved the renovation of the CDT building's thermal power plant (hot water and heating) by incorporating an integrated, intelligent Heat Guard control system, which intelligently manages two condensing boilers and other systems. This installation replaces the steam-based generation of hot water and heating.

The project included the conversion of two of the hospital's three steam boilers. Real-Time Heating (RTH) technology for domestic hot water was incorporated, and a Heat Guard system was installed for efficient management of the thermal systems.

German Clinic of Osorno

An Ultra-Efficient Natural Gas Thermal Power Plant (CTUe ®-GA) was implemented with five 100 kWth condensing boilers each for DHW and ACC generation, three real-time heating systems (CTR ®) and a HeatGuard ®5.0 control system, in addition to a 300 kgV/hr steam boiler for laundry, sterilization, and cooking. The new thermal power plant replaced an old steam plant operated with wood sawdust, which had been in use for more than 50 years.

UC Christus Hospital File

UC Christus Hospital

Construction project for a new boiler room to replace steam generation boilers (fueled by oil) with new natural gas condensing boilers (CTUe®). The project, which integrates the hospital and clinic, with a total of 400 beds, included the installation of the HeatGuard® 5.0 system for managing the new room, real-time heating of domestic hot water (CTR®), and the construction of a 55-meter DHW and ACC distribution network from the new room to the transfer substation.

Mandarin Oriental File

Mandarin Oriental

Energy Performance Contract (ESCO) between Efizity and Hotel Santiago, implemented by Energy Tracking at the ACS and ACC thermal power plant, which serves 323 rooms. The improvements made were: Real-Time Heating (CTR ®) through three hydraulic groups and bypass of existing accumulators, optimization of the operation of existing boilers, control of heating pumps in mechanical floor and installation of the HeatGuard® 5.0 energy management system. This project was the first in the country whose savings were verified through the Energy Sustainability Agency's Energy Project Savings Certification (CAPE).

Holiday INN AMB

The project included the installation of two air-to-water heat pumps, which will provide the hotel's complete hot water supply and a large portion of its heating, replacing the diesel boilers. Two hot water Boylers were bypassed, and the Heat Guard X system was installed.

Renaissance Hotel File

The project included the construction of a new Ultra-Efficient Thermal Power Plant for domestic hot water generation. This plant has a capacity of 188 rooms spread across 25 floors. Three wall-mounted condensing boilers with a Heat Guard system and real-time heating were installed in just 18.7 m2. The project also included a solar thermal system with a surface area of 37.5 m2 of solar thermal panels. This project contributed to meeting the goals for LEED certification, achieving the Gold+ category, with 21 points contributed by the project.

Director Vitacura

For the Hotel Director Vitacura project, the thermal power plant was retrofitted. It currently operates with two fire-tube boilers, one gas-fired and one oil-fired backup boiler, with three 1,000-liter boilers each, located in the second basement to supply domestic hot water and heating. The retrofit included the installation of a HeatGuard X, a CTR mono boiler for instant DHW generation, and a bypass for the three existing boilers.

Energy Performance Contract (ESCO) between Energy Tracking and the Community. For this purpose, three 80 kW wall-mounted condensing boilers were installed in parallel with the existing boiler in boiler room #1. Additionally, a HeatGuard® 3.0 system was installed in rooms #1 and #2, efficiently managing the boilers and generating hot water and heating. The existing storage tanks were also bypassed to generate real-time DHW heating (CTR®).

Raza Chilena Building

The existing thermal power plant was retrofitted, replacing five 125 kW condensing boilers in poor condition with four new 120 kW boilers. Two 5,000-liter domestic hot water storage tanks were bypassed, and a CTR® real-time heating system was implemented. A HeatGuard® -X system was installed, with remote connectivity and IoT.

Casaux Pool File

Construction project for a new boiler room to heat water for a semi-Olympic pool (CTUe ®). The project included the installation of two 80 kW thermal condensing boilers and a Heatguard ® 2.0 control system to intelligently manage the system and the instantaneous heating of the pool water (CTR ®), in addition to ensuring its energy efficiency. The fuel used is LPG. The approximate energy cost of the pool in summer is around $1.2 million per month, while in winter it is $1.5 million per month.
